Weekend Rental $2200.00 (2026 rate) 

Renting our entire facility for the weekend is a way to allay scheduling complications and concentrate on your event.

 

​Weekend Package Rental Spaces include: Citizens Hall, Willow Hall, Mill Meeting Room, Bower Room, Kitchen & Bar. Head to Facility Rentals Page to preview all rooms. Weekend Rental Timing: Friday from 11:00 am for setup, Saturday, Sunday until 12 pm for cleanup

Weekend Rental FAQ"s:

Q. What is included in my rental fee? 

A. Use of all spaces as noted above. Key supplied for the duration of your rental. Use of all kitchen appliances: dishwasher, sinks, fridges, bar fridge, coffee urns. Use of sound system.

Q. What is NOT included in my rental fee? 

A. We do not supply dishware, cutlery centerpieces, table cloths, chair covers.

Q. Do you have AV accessories, sound system and Wifi?  

A. Yes, extra fees apply, please consult Rental Rate Sheet for more info. 

Q. Is HST applicable on the rental fee? 

A. No. We are a non-profit, therefore exempt from collecting HST. 

Q. Do I have to clean? 

A. Yes, the Hall must be left in the same condition you found it, including furniture return, floors swept and spot cleaned, kitchen sanitizing, leftover removal, fridge wipe down, and removal of all garbage. (please note balloon decor is permitted, just not helium type) 

Q. Is there an elevator? 

A. Yes, our facility is fully accessible with outdoor ramp, elevator and wheelchair friendly washrooms.
