Whether it's a 3 hour rental, full day, or longer, we invite you to have a look below to explore our spaces and rates. We're here to help make your event a success! Our handy calendar lets you know our availability, but please note that due to our unique layout, all spaces are subject to approval by our volunteer rental co-ordinator as she must consider noise & person flow for each rental space. We are always committed to optimal renter experience :) As our rental operation is manned solely by volunteers, we are committed to keeping costs as low as we can so Acton Town Hall Centre can be enjoyed by all, & for generations to come!



This is Citizens Hall
A grand entrance to this grand lady. As you enter our doors, you'll be treated to gorgeous original brickwork, tasteful heritage artifacts and impressive staircase that leads to our rental spaces. Behind the central column, an accessible mirrored elevator with tile floor awaits to whisk guests to second floor areas. This space is not a traditional room rental space, but could be suitable for photo shoots, or a small cocktail-type reception for up to 40 people standing.
Willow Hall:
This impressive space has been the heartbeat of Acton Town Hall Centre since the day it opened in 1883. A grand celebration space with sprung dance floor & period details including the iconic stage. Modern lighting, wifi, and sound rounds out the amenities available to ensure your big event is a success.
Capacity: Up to 115 Seated at table, 194 Theatre Style
Bower Room:
A smaller space to the rear of Willow Hall, Bower Room is an inviting room with bar & kitchen access, with back access to the stage in Willow Hall. A versatile space for smaller celebrations, board meetings, or to round out a larger event.
Capacity: Up to 50 Seated at table, 100 Theatre Style

Boardroom:
The Mill Room is a boardroom. Small in stature but where big things can happen at your meeting! Designed for meetings only, with access to kitchen/bar from the opposite side of Bower Room. Well lit, with meeting tables and chairs.
Capacity: Up to 25 seated at table, 50 Theatre Style


Kitchen and Bar Area Amenities. Please note we don't include linen, silverware, serveware or barware. Access included with all rentals with the exception of Citizens Hall. Cleaning fees apply if not left in original clean & sanitized condition, including garbage removal.
