2. Advertising Co-ordinator - Historic Calendar
POSITION IS NOW FILLED.
Description: under the direction of the current Co-ordinator, learn how we sell space in our Historic Calendar - a position that will be learned throughout 2024 - 1-2 hours per week beginning in May, with more during sales finalization season (September). 3. Chair of Historical Calendar Production
When: ASAP
Description: under the direction of the current Chair, learn how production of the calendar is co-ordinated, articles gathered, and ultimately distributed throughout Acton and environs. 1-2 hours per week average, with more during production time (September -October) Total Hours 50. 4. Rental Support
When: ONGOING
Description: under the direction of the Executive, learn about our amazing hall. Afterwards, enjoy giving tours to potential renters on a rotating basis with other Rental Support Volunteers. You will also provide support by opening the Hall when renters arrive and review all procedures. 2-5 hours per week for a set month block.
