Rent all rooms at our facility for your wedding. Full day or Full Weekend Option. Up to 115 seated at tables. Book a tour to see how you can best use our unique spaces for your ceremony, reception, or both. Day Rate 1009.00 / Fri. - Sun. rate 2200.00 (no tax, we are non-profit). Please consult our calendar to see if your preferred date(s) are free then send a reservation request HERE

​* Please note that due to the unique layout of our rental facilities, booking requests or open times on our calendar do not constitute a confirmed booking. This must be done by our reservation volunteer. We recommend booking early to procure your preferred date.

Weekend Rental FAQ"s:

Q. What is included in my rental fee? 

A. Use of all spaces as noted above. Key supplied for the duration of your rental. Use of all kitchen appliances: dishwasher, sinks, fridges, bar fridge, coffee urns. Use of sound system.

Q. What is NOT included in my rental fee? 

A. We do not supply dishware, cutlery centerpieces, table cloths, chair covers.

Q. Do you have AV accessories, sound system and Wifi?  

A. Yes, extra fees apply, please consult Rental Rate Sheet for more info. 

Q. Is HST applicable on the rental fee? 

A. No. We are a non-profit, therefore exempt from collecting HST. 

Q. Do I have to clean? 

A. Yes, the Hall must be left in the same condition you found it, including furniture return, floors swept and spot cleaned, kitchen sanitizing, leftover removal, fridge wipe down, and removal of all garbage. (please note balloon decor is permitted, just not helium type) 

Q. Is there an elevator? 

A. Yes, our facility is fully accessible with outdoor ramp, elevator and wheelchair friendly washrooms.
