Rentals 

Acton Town Hall Centre is an ideal venue for all of life's special moments such as birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, christenings, weddings, and more. Our unique layout lends itself to various uses and group sizes, such as community groups, musical organizations, live performances, dance recitals, business meetings, and so much more. We are a fully accessible building including a gorgeous art deco style elevator to whisk you to our spaces in style. Maximum capacity: up to 115 seated at table, 135 theatre style. Wifi throughout. How to Send a Rental Inquiry (non-wedding):

Step 1: Check our calendar for your desired date. If the calendar indicates an existing booking, click on it to view the end time. You can also check other alternative dates in this manner. Please note that rentals are not confirmed until a contract has been signed. For accurate availability, wait for confirmation from our rental administrator.

Step 2: Fill out a rental inquiry. Note that weekday tours are available upon request - there is a spot to request one while you are filling out the rental inquiry form. Min. 4 hour rental, discounted hourly rate for 8 hour+ rentals. 

After filling out a rental inquiry, we will recommend the best space fit and and quote you a price via email. Please note we do not regularly staff our on site phone as we are all volunteers. Only email rental inquiries will be responded to.

Step 3: Follow the instructions when you receive a response from our rental administrator. Contracts must be signed and returned for a rental to be considered confirmed.  â€‹
