Our spaces are beautiful and reasonably priced. We provide the blank space for you to organize your event. We are volunteers, please allow up to 72 hours for an email reply to an event space inquiry.

Q. What is included in my rental fee?
A. Use of room(s), bathrooms. Kitchen privileges (see exclusions below) for Bower Room and Willow Hall. A volunteer will meet you at your set up time to open the Hall and go over procedures. They'll provide instructions on how to close up at the end of your rental time.
Q. Do I include my set up and take down time in the total time requested for my rental?
A. Yes, you need to include your rental time for set up, take down, and the actual event.
Q. The calendar shows an empty space for a particular room, does this mean I can rent this timeslot or day?
A. Due to the unique set up of our rooms, and pending other reservations, you MUST wait for a confirmation from our rental organizer. Sometimes a room may be occupied in another part of the building that would not provide the best experience for another renter, such as traffic flow and/or interruptions. We want to provide the BEST experience at all times, so kindly wait for that confirmation email :)
Q. What is NOT included in my rental fee?
A. We do not supply dishware, bar servers, cutlery centerpieces, table cloths, chair covers, bar serve ware. We have a selection of round (9-10 person) tables, and plastic/metal folding 6 ft and 8 ft tables.
Q. Do you have AV accessories and Wifi?
A. Yes, extra fees apply, please consult Rental Rate Sheet for more info.
Q. Is HST applicable on the rental fee?
A. No. We are a non-profit, therefore exempt from collecting HST.
Q. Do I have to clean?
A. Yes, the Hall must be left in the same condition you found it, including furniture return, floors swept and spot cleaned, kitchen sanitizing, leftover removal, fridge wipe down, and removal of all garbage. (please note balloon decor is permitted, just NO helium type) Reset of room Photos are provided in our kitchen to assist you in returning all items are returned to their spots properly for the next renter. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Q. Is there an elevator?
A. Yes, our facility is fully accessible with outdoor ramp, elevator and wheelchair friendly washrooms.
Q. Can I rent the ENTIRE facility, instead of individual room(s)?
A. Yes! Please fill out a reservation request form and note this in the comments.
